Sorry for the lack of updates, I'm getting closer and closer to finals in my first semester of college! I haven't done much to the site but I am currently working on programming links which will basically contain links to all types of programming websites, for an endless pool of programming knowledge, Check It Out.
March 30, 2008As of late, I've been studying for my math and english midterms, which will be next week, plus working as usual (although all the workers' hours were cut so I'll have a little extra free time). In the mean time, check out the Simple Numeric Variable PHP Tutorial, I'm now showing the code in the tutorial section and I'll write down more information about the script later.
February 23, 2008Check out the programming studio. This is a new section of the site that I've recently added. It'll contain (for now) JavaScript and Hypertext Preprocessor scripts (I'll even be displaying the exact code so you can see how the scripts look themselves, without looking inside the source code. I'm also thinking about renaming the programming lab section as tutorials since that's basically what they are. Note that the studio section is just an area where we'll create and mix scripts but we won't be teaching (specifically) in that section, although I'm sure you can learn a lot by analyzing and studying the code if that's your cup of tea.
February 17, 2008Ah, I think I finally have this site on the right track now. A few people mentioned the right column (the affiliate bar was pretty useless as there's hardly any content here right now) and with that I took it off and now this is just a simple two columb web site. The left is for navigation and the right is for content. I guess for now I'll stick with KISS. Feel free to drop me comments on how you feel about the site's redisgn via e-mail. I've changed the banner by replacing the images and changing the color scheme just a bit. I've also worked on the typography for the header as I felt it could be greatly improved upon. Last, I fixed the copyright sign that went into a question mark on all of the pages for some unknown reason but that's fixed now. The extreme tracker is now located on the left side underneath the design links.
February 8, 2008Alright, changes have come....finally. As you'll notice, the background is changed, along with many other small improvements. Also, I've designed the site to work better with smaller resolutions and it's now centered in all resolutions! I am also working with javascript with a friend and working on the wallpaper section of the site as well. I'm creating a popup window script from scratch with one of my friends in order to get different resolutions in their sized windows once the link is clicked on that particular resolution. Check it out!
